Join us for the 15th ANNUAL LIVE WELL W&L EMPLOYEE WELLNESS FAIR, featuring a wide variety of vendors sharing information about wellness and work-life opportunities. The fair will include: 

  • 50 VENDORS!

  • BIOMETRIC SCREENINGS in Evans Hall (by appointment)
    Sign Up Button for Biometric Screening Appointments
  • CHAIR MASSAGES provided by Circle of Hands (by appointment) — bookmychairmassage.com  Click on "W&L" > October 22 > select your time.
    Chair massages will be held in Hillel 101.  Each appointment is for a 7-minute massage, which gives the massage therapist 3-minutes to adjust and clean the chair between sessions.
  • FLU SHOTS and/or Updated COVID VACCINES for employees and spouses/partners — Please print and complete THESE FORMS and bring your prescription (OPTUM) insurance card.
    * No appointment necessary. *

  • EMPLOYEE RAFFLE — 20 employees will each win $50! The drawing will be held shortly before the end of the Wellness Fair.  You need not be present to win.
    Want a BONUS raffle entry?  Get your flu and/or COVID vaccination at the fair.

  • LIGHT BREAKFAST FARE — Fruit, yogurt, granola, bagels & cream cheese, juices, coffee and tea.
