Plan and Coordinate

Complies with attendance and work hour standards. Communicates scheduled absences and late arrivals to supervisor in advance. Makes an effort to learn and observe quality/safety/cleanliness standards when handling University resources (workspace, equipment, tools, etc.).

Skills Development

Performs simple and routine work requiring basic skills and functionality in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner. Actively participates in training and development initiatives to enhance skills, deepen technical knowledge, and foster personal and team growth. Readily learns new information, practices, and selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, standards, or instruction. Makes an effort to seek advice and clear non-routine problems with senior team member and/or supervisor.

Results Focused

Able to change work habits and approach to a particular task. Committed to providing quality, people-focused services to meet the needs of the campus community. Presents a positive outlook and is willing to devote the time and effort necessary to get the job done well.
