W&L Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program
Washington and Lee recognizes the value of fostering a strong sense of community among faculty and staff. To support meaningful connections, the Provost's Office and Human Resources have partnered to offer Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which bring together employees with shared interests. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups open to all faculty and staff. ERGs strengthen our University community by acting as a platform for employees to connect, share experiences, and contribute to a supportive workplace environment.
All faculty and staff are welcome to attend and participate in any ERG. Please contact the co-chairs listed below to stay informed on ERG programming:
- Alumni: Alumni Engagement Sponsored (by invitation)
- Caregivers: Wendy Rains, Karla Bunn and Emily King
- Disabilities and Chronic Illnesses: Kristy Crickenberger, Alex Sutton and Catherine Xia
- Military: Paul Youngman and Mark Fontenot
- Newcomers: Human Resources Sponsored (Activities are open to benefit eligible employees hired in the last three years by invitation)
