American Battlefield Trust

Scholarship Information:

The American Battlefield Trust is offering SIX scholarships for students who are studying American History and interested in the preservation of American Battlefields.  It includes four days of paid travel, food and registration to attend an Annual Conference in Chantilly, Virginia on June 3^rd – June 7^th, 2020.

Have you ever heard of the American Battlefield Trust??  If you haven’t, please look us up at www.battlefields.org. We are the largest preservation group in the United States.  With the efforts of our staff and thousands of donors, along with many other supporters, we have saved over 50,000 of LAND. The very land that is important in telling our important American History.  Our preservation efforts include the Civil War, the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812.

 

Each year, our organization holds an Annual Conference, with an attendance rate of 400-500 attendees. We bring together people from all walks of life and backgrounds that have one thing in common: Passion for American History. This year, we’ll be hosting the conference in Chantilly, VA.
