Jenna Worsham '10 New York City Theater Director

As a director, since graduation I've found that a background in literature always serves me well in my craft. Having studied various writers in multiple genres, I'm equipped with the tools I need to interpret texts and plays from different periods, to translate the word into an action. I think my major's rigorous focus on modern poetry in particular helped prepare me for a focus on modern theatrics -- providing me with a rich vocabulary, and a distinct muscle for creative communication.
