Appeals and Grievances

If you have been refused a requested accommodation you believe is necessary, you should first meet with the Director of Disability Resources for clarification and discussion. Find additional information about the appeal process in the Disability Accommodation Policy.

If you have experienced discrimination or harassment based on a disability, we encourage you to report the conduct to the Director of Disability Resources. More information about the discrimination grievance procedure can be found in the University Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation Other Than Sex. Students, faculty, and staff found to have violated this policy will be disciplined appropriately, up to and including termination from employment or dismissal from the University.
