Washington and Lee University Catering offers a variety of services to the campus and local community. Located in Evans Hall, University Catering can accommodate groups of 12 to 500. We also offer catering services in the Elrod Commons, the E. Café, the Brief Stop and off-site locations. University Catering requests a minimum of two weeks' notice prior to an event. This notice allows ample time for event preparation that will guarantee our best possible services. Members of the Washington and Lee community are encouraged to schedule events as far in advance as possible to ensure calendar availability.
University Catering realizes that unexpected circumstances may occur that require changes to an event. We will make every effort to accommodate changes. However, we ask that any variations, including number of guests, be confirmed with the Catering Manager or Catering Supervisor within 72 hours prior to the event.
