Serving from early morning to late at night, Café 77 is open in the Elrod Commons for your convenience and your taste buds. Conveniently located in the heart of campus, it’s a great place to get an artisan-quality deli sandwich featuring in house roasted meats, hand pressed burgers, fresh cut fries, sushi and more. Take advantage of the daily made On the Go! selections on your way to class, work or activities.
Upper Division Housing hosts the Fieldside restaurant – Foodside and a coffee house & pub called Fireside. Join us for dinner weeknights at Foodside to enjoy five different menu concepts this year. Fireside offers a great space to enjoy beverages including Peet's Coffee for all, and local beer, wine and cider for those of drinking age while overlooking the stadium.
Located in the Hillel House on Washington Street, the E. Cafe is typically open Sunday through Thursday for breakfast and lunch. The E. Cafe is a kosher style restaurant featuring a wide variety of bagels, soups, made-to-order salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.
The newly renovated Center for Global Learning features a new concept to campus based on loose leaf tea. The Tea House features 12 loose leaf teas that can be purchased as individual cups, used for specialty drinks such as shaken teas, bubble tea, and lattes. Exclusive baked goods, salads, sandwiches and sushi complement the beverage selection.
The Brief Stop is conveniently located on the lower level of Sydney Lewis Hall. Power up with your favorite breakfast sandwich made with organic, cage-free eggs and a cup of Peet's Coffee. Grab lunch or an early dinner from our variety of heat-to-order Paninis, as well as salads, cheeses, an assortment of hummus and grilled vegetables, freshly-baked artisan breads and rolls and a variety of house-made spreads. Sandwiches will be served with pickles and chips made in-house. Choose from unique and hearty soups and chilis made from fresh stock or hand-rolled sushi prepared fresh daily. Perfect for you to take home and just heat and eat!
As part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dining Services has opened Evans Hall Dining to ensure we have the capacity to serve our students while meeting or exceeding all Virginia Department of Health guidelines. Evans Hall Dining is dedicated to student dining and is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday. It will serve the new sorority menus that we are unable to serve in the sorority houses at this time.
