Unable to Log Into Ingeniux Using Internet Explorer
Users attempting to log into the CMS using Internet Explorer may find that the login page refreshes and clears the Username and Password fields, preventing you from logging into the system. This is because Internet Explorer restricts the IP address or name of the CMS.
To log in to Ingeniux using Internet Explorer, you must first change your Internet Explorer security settings.
IE 9 and 10:
- In Internet Explorer, open Internet Options by clicking the cog icon
- Click the Security tab.
- Select the Restricted Sites icon.
- Click the Sites button.
- Highlight the "ingeniux.wlu.edu" in the Websites box.
- Click Remove.
- Click Close.
- Click OK.
- Attempt to login to the CMS again.
