Molly assists students and alumni of all majors and career interests. Her advising focus area is First-Year Advising.
Molly joined the Career Development team in January of 2016 and serves as the Dean of Career and Professional Development. She works with a team of advisors to aid students in career exploration, the job search, preparing for graduate school, and general professional development. Molly assists students in all interest areas but has an expertise in the STEM, healthcare, tech, and fashion fields.
A native of Sarasota, FL, Molly received a BA in Mathematics and French from W&L in 2004, lived abroad in New Zealand, and then obtained her MS in Financial Mathematics from Florida State University. Prior to joining Career and Professional Development, Molly worked in the retail industry in a variety of roles, including merchandising, buying, and inventory management at Gap and Old Navy in San Francisco. She oversaw product development for women’s apparel and managed teams in long-term strategic planning.
Molly currently lives in Lexington with her husband Shane, daughters Poppy and Kitty, and German Shepherd, Brisket.
