Group Exercise

Group Exercise offers group fitness classes on campus for all of the W&L community to enjoy. These classes are taught by students, faculty, staff, and community members and cover a wide variety of exercise types. Zumba, yoga, HIIT, cardio circuit, martial arts, CrossFit, spin, and bootcamp style classes have all been offered before, though the schedule changes each year with new instructors joining the lineup! Classes are FREE for both undergraduate and law students. Washington and Lee University employees pay $75 and Community members pay $150 for the academic year — payments can be made online or by check to Washington & Lee, courtesy of the CampusRec Office.

To sign up for Group Exercise, go to the IMLeagues app via the Okta Dashboard and login. Select the Fitness tab and scroll to your class.
