Cancelled Cards

A credit card may be revoked by the Business Office if the cardholder has not coded transactions, maintained proper expense documentation in a timely manner or other terms stated in the University Credit Card Use Agreement. All card transactions need to be documented and coded online by the 8th of the month for the previous month's statement.
