W&L Business Office requires the organization's name (Workday-Program Name) and the spend category to be charge for all invoices. You can access the lists available to find the information needed for your coding.
The common spend categories used for Student Organizations are:
- Miscellaneous
- Entertainment
- Program/Conferences
- Dues and Memberships
- Travel
- Supplies-Office
- Supplies-Expendable/Disposable
