SCHEV Notifications
Students and prospective students may find the information resources of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) of use in planning for college and careers. SCHEV has created an institutional profile for each Virginia public college and university, and for each independent college or university participating in the Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant Program. Per the reporting requirements of the Code of Virginia § 23.1-204.1, the University's profile is available here.
Per the reporting requirements of the Code of Virginia § 23.1-204.1, the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia annually collects and publishes on (i) the percentage of graduates of public institutions of higher education and certain nonprofit private institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth who are known to be employed in the Commonwealth and (ii) the average salary and the average higher education-related debt for such graduates to be disaggregated by degree program and level. The Code requires an institution of higher education for which such data is collected and published to provide a link on its website to such data and make such link available to each admitted student.
