Notification should go to you (the employee) when HR codes your record. The account will be disabled 30 days after your last day, NOT 30 days after the notice.

Your Washington and Lee network and email account has been marked for deletion. As a courtesy to departing employees, we allow continued access for 30 days. On DAY, MONTH DATE, YEAR, you will no longer have access to any W&L resources.

Please coordinate with your supervisor to ensure that any University documents or data that you may have stored on personal or University devices may be moved/stored so that it will be accessible as needed for University operations and retention. For instance, data needed by other members of your department should be stored in the departmental Box folder. Contact the Information Desk (x4357 or help@wlu.edu) if you need assistance in moving files, or in identifying Box files you're currently sharing with others.
