CommCenter consultants will be available to help with writing projects and presentations via Zoom beginning Sunday, March 29. During your Zoom conference, a Williams School consultant will read through your document with you or observe as you practice your oral presentation, offering the same helpful observations and advice as during a face-to-face meeting.
Our open hours are the same as ever:
Sunday-Thursday: 6-10 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday: 2-4 p.m.
To make your Zoom appointment, sign up as usual using our online scheduler.
Shortly before your appointment time, a CommCenter consultant will send you an email with a Zoom meeting link. You'll need to reply to that link and attach any documents (notes, an outline, draft, etc.) you plan to discuss so that the consultant will have those materials in time for your appointment.
We wish you the best of luck adjusting to unusual circumstances and look forward to helping you with your writing and presentation projects!
