Please remember to submit your health forms by July 31 and upload your vaccine information to the attestation page if you have not already.

You received an email on Monday, July 26 about – AlcoholEdu and Mental Well-Being – mandatory online programs that will help you navigate college life.  A third program - U Got This - which helps with healthy sexual culture will be sent to your email next week.  Please complete all the programs at your earliest convenience and we will continue the conversation once you arrive on campus!

Please submit your university card photo at your earliest convenience before August 9.  You received an email on July 19 with details.

Domestic students should have already received a copy of Ernest Gaines’s award winning A Lesson Before Dying (1993).  Please go ahead and read the book in preparation for the small group discussions facilitated by faculty and staff during OWeek.

You received an email from the Business Office in late June with guidance on how to set up your Generals Payment System to make sure you receive billing information.  You should register your parent as an authorized user if you want them to see the information as well.

As you make travel plans for fall term, please remember you can find the housing dates (with move-in times and arrival testing times) at and the transportation options (including the shuttle request form) at

The summer timeline is on the FYE website at
