How are my students added to a Canvas course site?
Students are added automatically to course sites at W&L. Course rosters are be updated three times daily: 8:50 am, 1:50 pm, and 4:50 pm EST.
My students don't see my course--What's the issue?
Make sure you have published your course. There's a publish button in the upper left corner on the site main page.
How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?
Also, visit the Canvas Community to find some invaluable resources, including links to videos and discussion forums. In addition to the Canvas Guides for faculty and students, you can ask questions, chat with other users of Canvas at other schools, and propose new features for Canvas.
