How do I get started?

  1. Visit the URL above. You may need to login with your W&L username and password, depending upon whether you're using a university owned device or your own personal device. Should you experience issues logging into the page, visit our How To page for solutions to common issues.
  2. Read the Affirmation and Agreement to Community Expectations statement. Click "I Acknowledge" to continue. You will only have to do this once.

How do I get a list of the contacts I entered?

Using the tool, simply select a date and click the "export" button. A .csv file of all contact data from the date you've selected (and after) will be downloaded to your device.

Is there another method I can use to keep track of my contacts?

Yes, Virginia will be the first state in the U.S. to implement an exposure notification app using the Apple/Google framework. The app is called COVIDWISE. The tool uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to quickly notify users who have likely been exposed so you can reduce the risk of infection for your friends and family and help Virginia stop the spread. To find out more and download the app, visit the Virginia Department of Health website.
