CTO Accrual Tables

Employees accrue paid time off each pay period according to the classification for their position. Whenever you are within 20 hours of your CTO maximum, CTO will automatically be transferred to SLR until your SLR maximum is reached. It is important to also review the CTO policy. Click here to review the policy and answers to frequently asked questions about CTO accrual and usage.

The following CTO charts do not apply to employees who are in the "part-time with partial benefits" (PTBE) category. Instead, you receive 30 hours of CTO upon employment and each work anniversary date thereafter. CTO can be used for vacation, illnesses, and holidays. The maximum accrual for PTBE is 45 hours.
